Walk the towering snow corridors of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, from the temples of Nagano to the neon of Osaka.
Arrive at Tokyo Narita or Haneda Airport. Take a private transfer to your Shinjuku hotel. In the evening, walk the neon-lit alleyways of Shinjuku and cross the famous Shibuya scramble crossing.

Cross the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route in a full-day. Transfer to Ogizawa, ride the trolley bus over Kurobe Dam, and walk the towering snow corridor walls at Murodo - up to 15-20 metres from April to June. Cable-car down to Tateyama and continue to Toyama for the overnight stay.
See a little of Toyama in the morning - Toyama Castle ruins park and the canal promenade. Take the Shinkansen to Nagoya and visit Nagoya Castle grounds in the evening.
Visit Atsuta Jingu shrine and the Osu shopping arcade in the morning. Travel by train to Kyoto in the afternoon and take an evening lantern walk through the Gion district.
See the golden Kinkaku-ji pavilion, wander the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and hike the endless red torii gates at Fushimi Inari shrine.
Travel to Nara in the morning to meet the bowing sika deer of Nara Park and visit the giant Buddha at Todai-ji. Transfer to Osaka in the afternoon and finish the day with a Dotonbori street-food walk.
Visit Osaka Castle in the morning, breakfast at Kuromon Market, and shop the Shinsaibashi arcade. Take a private transfer to Kansai International Airport (KIX) for your return flight.
